Road sign manufacturing

Road signs made to order: the section has triangular, round, square and rectangular signs, the “Priority Road” sign, the “Stop” sign, additional information plates, the “Direction Sign”, “Railway” signs and turn direction signs. For installation there is a post and a universal fixing, and for roadworks there are also LED signs.

What road signs are made of

The base of the sign is 3 mm aluminium composite. It is a multi-layer material: two layers of aluminium with a plastic core between them. The composite withstands the weather and does not deform with temperature changes, so the sign keeps its shape outdoors. The image is applied with self-adhesive film.

For signs without LEDs the film is chosen when ordering — the product page of each such sign offers three options:

• generation I — Oracal 641 film (Germany), non-reflective, service life 3-5 years;
• generation II — TM5100 film (China), reflective, service life 3-5 years;
• generation III — Oracal 5500 film (Germany), reflective, service life 7-10 years.

Shapes and sizes

• triangular — from 600x600 to 1200x1200 mm;
• round and square — from 500x500 to 900x900 mm;
• rectangular — 900x600, 1050x700 and 1350x900 mm;
• “Priority Road” — from 500x500 to 900x900 mm;
• “Stop” — from 600x600 to 1200x1200 mm;
• additional information plates — 300x600, 350x700 and 450x900 mm;
• “Direction Sign” and turn direction signs — from 300x1500 to 700x3150 mm;
• “Railway” — 500x1100 and 700x1100 mm.

LED signs

The “Roadworks”, “Detour”, “Pedestrian Crossing” and “Stop” LED signs come in sizes from 600x600 to 900x900 mm. The body is 3 mm aluminium composite and PVC, the film is reflective TM5100. The D=9 mm LEDs run on 1 animation channel (T-1 s), the viewing angle is 160 degrees and the comfortable viewing distance is 5-200 m.

• thickness — 50 mm, weight — 5 kg.

Post and fixing

To install the sign there is a grey post made of 48x48x4 mm metal tube, 3000 mm long. The universal metal fixing fits posts from 40 to 76 mm in diameter.
