About FUJITE 2-layer engraving plastic

FUJITE is a 2-colour engraving plastic, ideal for both mechanical and laser engraving and cutting. It is supplied in 1.35 mm sheets and is designed for making all kinds of sign plates, nameplates and signs on engraving/milling and laser equipment. The plastic consists of 2 layers of different colours: a base and a top layer intended for engraving. This means engraving can produce any high-quality 2-colour image.

A tough ABS plastic with two layers of different colours. The thin (3 µm) top layer is easily cut with an engraver, a milling cutter or a laser. The wide choice of layer colour combinations makes it possible to create original advertising solutions with engraving and laser work.

FUJITE – ABS plastic (a copolymer of acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene) is a thermoplastic material.

FUJITE – can be cut with a saw or a sharp knife, and the material can be thermoformed. The engraving surface is protected by self-adhesive film.

FUJITE is resistant to acids, concentrated and dilute caustic substances, alcohols, mineral oils, animal fats and oils, and salt solutions that contain no aromatic substances.
