Aluminium composite board manufacturing

Our composite consumer information corner boards are built on aluminium composite panels (ACM) — two thin aluminium sheets with a core between them, so the board keeps its shape and stays light with a 30 mm box depth. The face of the panel is flat and smooth, so cut film goes on without bubbles or creases. The category has eight models — from a two-pocket board (550x500 mm) to a large ten-pocket one (1300x850 mm), so you can pick the right size for any outlet.

What is composite

An aluminium composite panel is two thin aluminium sheets bonded by a core between them. This construction gives rigidity and strength at a low weight: the board does not sag, keeps its shape over its entire area and hangs on ordinary keyhole hangers. The material is suitable both indoors and outdoors.

Pockets slot into grooves

Through-slots are cut in the panel, and the document trays are held in place by a flange rather than glued. So a pocket can be removed for cleaning or replacement, and the layout is easy to change — add, remove or move a tray to another slot when your set of documents changes. The flat pocket is clear 0.6 mm PVC for sheet documents; the deep pocket, 1.5 cm deep, is clear 1.8 mm acrylic and suits a book of reviews and suggestions.

Film appliqué, not printing

The board design is made from cut coloured Oracal 641 film, 60 colours: the background, the header with the title and the decorative stripes are all separate cut pieces stuck onto the smooth composite surface. The film is cut along a contour, so artwork is accepted in vector format only; a raster image is not suitable for appliqué — the difference between the formats is explained in the article vector or raster graphics. Why you need a consumer information corner

A consumer information corner board is mandatory for organisations and entrepreneurs who sell goods or provide services: it is required by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection". It displays opening hours, the seller's details and other documents that visitors are entitled to see without having to ask staff. The board is hung at eye level, by the entrance or near the till — where the documents are sure to be seen.
