Hanger Plate 35x35mm

This option measures 35x35 mm. A square and a round plate for a coat rack, with no hook hole. They are fixed in place permanently, so the numbering in the hall never gets mixed up: the number belongs to the section, not the garment, and does not leave with someone's jacket.

How to choose the size and type

• The series comes in 35x35, 40x40 and 50x50 mm. The small size is handier to carry in a pocket; the large one can be read from a distance, across the counter.
• The plate is fixed in place, so there is only one version: information on the face.
• Height and width are chosen as a pair, not as a single number, so you can pick the closest size in the range for a particular coat rack.

Why the marking does not wear off

The material has two layers: a thin decorative layer on top and a black base underneath. Engraving removes the top layer to the depth of the mark and exposes the base, so the number is not paint on the surface but the material itself. It cannot be rubbed off and has nothing to fade.

Hence the colour combinations: brushed gold/black, mirror gold/black, copper/black, brushed silver/black, mirror silver/black, matt silver/black. You choose the face to suit the interior; the black base provides the contrast. All options are in the two-layer plastic palette.

What can be applied

• Laser engraving is the main method: the mark stands out thanks to the black lower layer and lasts as long as the tag itself.
• UV printing is for when you need a full-colour logo or an image that two colours cannot convey; the print sits on top of the face layer.
• Options include sequential numbering, a number with a section name, or the venue's logo. If you supply your own artwork, the file specifications are listed in the print-ready artwork requirements.

Where to hang it and how to fix it

This series has no hook hole: the plate is fixed in place, on a rail, a door or a section. The fixing is chosen to suit the surface; some series are available with double-sided tape.

Two-layer plastic is designed for indoor use. In direct sunlight the decorative layer gradually loses its intensity, so outdoor stands and shop windows are not the place for it. In a cloakroom or changing room it lasts for years; just wipe it with a damp cloth.

The plate is fixed to a coat rail, a locker door or a shelving section. Numbering can be sequential or by section: in a large hall the second option is quicker, as you find the section first and then the place within it.
