Outdoor Stand in this series is not a single board but an ensemble: several sections under shared glazing, joined by one frame. Documents sit in flat clear pockets behind the glass, so they are visible but cannot be reached from the street. The outline is shaped: a round 3D emblem sits above the frieze, and an ornamental border runs along the edge.

Why an outdoor stand needs doors
The sections close with doors, so only someone with access can change the contents. A sheet behind glass can't be torn off, turned over or scribbled on — that is the main difference between an outdoor display case and a board with open pockets.
Section lighting
The sections are lit, so the stand works after dark too: the contents read as well in the evening as in the daytime. For a structure standing outdoors at an entrance or in a square, that is half the point — otherwise half of every day is lost.
Shaped outline and emblem
The top of the ensemble is a frieze with a round 3D emblem, and a decorative border runs around the perimeter. From a distance it reads as a single object, not a row of boards hung side by side.
The set of sections, the overall size and the design are put together for the specific site. What your file should contain is covered in the article on print-ready artwork, and the approval procedure in artwork approval rules.
