A 500x410 mm board with 2 A4 pockets. The top strip here can carry an advertising block instead of the word "Information": a logo, name and contact details. The board then works on two fronts at once: it holds the documents and also tells anyone who comes up to read them where they are.

The content of the top strip is up to you. One version has a heading word, another a logo with contact details. The second option is chosen when the board hangs at the entrance and, besides holding documents, has to tell people where they have come.

What fits in two pockets

Two A4 sheets are the mandatory minimum for a service point: a permit and the terms of service or opening hours. The sheets are changed without touching the board design: the header and background are applied to the field and stay in place.

Two pockets side by side

The A4 pockets stand upright in a single row at the bottom, two documents at the same level. The clear plastic keeps them readable, and the finger cut-out lets you change a sheet without taking the board off the wall.
