A 300x410 mm board with one A4 pocket holds exactly one document. The pocket is deep, with a U-shaped finger cut-out: you can put a small set of sheets in it rather than just one, and the top sheet is still easy to reach with a finger without prying at the edge.

Why have a board for one sheet

A document hanging on its own is read more carefully than one among ten. That is why this board is chosen for opening hours, entry rules or a notice about terms of service, anything that has to be noticed rather than found among other papers.

Deep pocket and U-shaped cut-out

The arc-shaped cut-out exposes the middle of the sheet rather than a corner: the document is pulled out by the centre of its edge and does not crease. The pocket depth lets you keep a set of sheets in it and change only the top one.

Version: with or without a border

With a border and header, the board looks like a finished sign; without a border, like a plain field with a pocket. The first is chosen for customer areas, the second for staff rooms, where function matters more than looks. The header film is chosen from the Oracal 641 palette.
