The 300x420 mm flip-file board is a narrow board just slightly wider than an A4 sheet. The ring mechanism is on the left and the clear pages turn to the right. This board goes where there is hardly any wall: between a door and a corner, on a narrow pier or on the end of a shelving unit, yet it holds several sheets of information.

The 300 mm width is the sheet size plus a margin for the mechanism and frame. The board takes up a narrow strip of wall but holds three to six sheet pockets and one A5 deep pocket. The number of pockets is set when ordering.
The rings are fixed along the left edge, and the pages open to the right. This layout suits a right-handed reader: you take the sheet by its free edge rather than reaching across the whole board.
An aluminium frame runs around the perimeter and covers the cut edge of the plastic. Colour: silver, gold or a coloured finish from 60 colours. A frameless version is also available: the board is thinner and lighter.
Mounted on keyhole hangers. File requirements are set out in the article on print-ready artwork, and the approval procedure in artwork approval rules.
