A desk sign plate 300 mm wide and 100 mm high, made of clear acrylic 2 mm. The sheet is folded into a tent shape, so the sign stands on its own and reads from both sides of the desk — no stand or fixings needed.

What we print and how

• The customer prints the insert: an ordinary sheet from an office printer will do.

How it stands on a table

The tent-folded sheet rests on two edges — a stable triangle that won't topple if brushed by a hand. A desk sign plate has no fixings: it isn't drilled or glued — you simply set it down and remove it when needed.

How to choose the size

A desk sign plate is read from the other side of the desk, so choose the size to suit the length of the text: a name and job title on two lines need a wider format than a single word.

Changeable information

The insert slides out of the pocket and can be changed in seconds — handy at conferences and in meeting rooms where the attendees change every day. The plate itself is ordered only once.

Care

Never clean acrylic with glass cleaners or alcohol-based products: ammonia and alcohol cause crazing — a network of micro-cracks that clouds the surface permanently. Wash it with warm water and mild soap using a soft cotton cloth. Read more: caring for acrylic products.
