Two-Layer Plastic Door Sign Plate in Moulding Frame, 300x150mm

Door sign 300 mm wide and 150 mm high on a 1.6 mm two-layer plastic base. A moulding is applied around the perimeter on top of the sheet: it covers the edge and gives the sign a framed look, although there is no separate profile.

What we print and how

• UV ink goes straight onto the material and cures instantly under UV light: there is no film layer and colours are not limited to a palette.
• Laser engraving removes the top layer, revealing the colour of the material itself in the design — it cannot be rubbed off.
• Both raster and vector artwork will do — the difference between vector and raster.

How to choose the size

The size is chosen to fit the text, not the other way round: first decide how many lines you need and how long they are, then pick the format. Landscape formats suit a single line, portrait formats suit a job title and surname.

How it is mounted

• Double-sided tape
• Decorative fixing (2 pcs) — decorative fixing
• Screws

Tape fails not because of the adhesive but because of poor contact: on textured plaster it only touches the peaks of the relief. Degrease the wall and give the adhesive a day to reach full strength; on rough surfaces use self-tapping screws.

These signs go on office and meeting room doors in offices, clinics, schools and salons — anywhere rooms need to be marked consistently across a whole floor.
