Flip Display System 510x510mm

The 510x510 mm flip system is a square board with its sides bent into a semicircle. The bent acrylic profile brings the flip block forward from the surface, so the pages open freely without touching the wall. The design is made with ORACAL film appliqué.

Bent sides

The sides of the board are bent into a semicircle. This gives the structure depth and rigidity, and the flip block stands out from the wall — the pages turn without catching on anything behind them.

Film appliqué

The heading and graphics are cut from film and applied to the plastic. The colour is solid, from the film palette, with no halftone dots. Artwork for cutting must be vector: the plotter cuts the outline along the curves.

What it holds

Three to six A4 pockets and one A5 gusseted pocket for a book or a set of forms. A flat pocket keeps a sheet pressed flat; a gusseted one takes an item with some thickness. The number of pockets and the base thickness — 4 or 6 mm — are chosen when ordering, and the overall size of the board stays the same.
