About product

About product LED Letters with Contour LEDs, h-300mm

The letters are made with exposed diodes (pixel module) in protective sealed silicone. The diode design allows them to be mounted very close to each other. The light from the diodes is visible even in daylight.

Housing:	PVC plastic 4mm
Sides:	covered with coloured Oracal 641 series film (Germany)
Production method:	laser cutting, bonding PVC plastic to acrylic
Electrical components:	LED pixel module (white, red, green, blue, yellow)
Diode pitch:	20mm
Number of contours:	1 contour
Number of LEDs:	40 pcs
Letter depth:	80-120mm
Letter height:	300mm
Optional extra:	Controller for dynamic lighting (flashing in different combinations)

The price is based on 40 LEDs per 1 letter.

Depending on the font, the number of LEDs may go up or down.

To order LED letters to your own artwork, attach the file when placing your order

Software calculates the correct layout of the LED pixel module, after which holes are cut in the face on a CNC milling machine and the diodes are fitted into them. The letters are then connected to a controller (if dynamic effects are needed) and to the power supply, after which the letter housing is closed.
