LED Letters with SMART LEDs, h-200mm

A 3D letter fitted with programmable pixel LEDs. Programmable SMART LEDs are today the most effective technology for dynamic outdoor advertising lighting. They open up new possibilities for sign makers to create high-tech, effective and competitive advertising products.

An LED in a silicone shell, 12mm in diameter. It consists of RGB LEDs and a control chip encased in silicone. Each pixel is controlled individually, so you can create a wide range of video effects, from patterns and solid colours to a full video clip. The LED pixels have an IP68 rating (enhanced reliability).

The price is based on 30 LEDs per letter.

For programming, add 1 controller of suitable capacity in the options. For example, a controller for 300 pixels can be used for 10 letters with 30 LEDs each

Depending on the font, the number of LEDs may go up or down.

To order LED letters to your own artwork, attach the file when placing your order

Software calculates the correct layout of the LED pixel module, then holes are cut in the face on a CNC milling machine and the LEDs are fitted into them. The LEDs are then connected to the controller and the power supply, after which the letter housing is closed.

For accurate mounting of the letters directly on the wall, use stencils

• film stencil
• plastic stencil

Or use a metal frame: in this option all letters are fixed to the frame at our workshop
