Shaped 2mm PVC Information Board

A shaped information board is a PVC sheet with its outline cut on a CNC milling machine. The curved cut makes the board read on the wall as a separate object rather than yet another rectangular sign. The series comes in five sheet thicknesses.

Size and outline

The board is made to the customer's size: you give the width and height, the sheet is cut to them, and the shaped outline is built within those dimensions. The outline shape comes from the artwork — a silhouette, an emblem, a book or any other shape you approve before cutting.

How the board face is designed

The background covers the whole graphic, and a header with the title stands out as a separate band at the top: the board tells you what it is about before you read the contents. The face can be laminated if you wish.

Printing or film appliqué

Printing applies the image in full colour — photos, gradients, small type and complex backgrounds. Appliqué builds the face from cut film elements: the colour is even, taken from the film palette, and the elements are laid in layers and read as overlays on a coloured background. Hence the choice: scenes and photos — printing; clean graphics with large blocks and titles — appliqué.

Kit contents: pockets and cork area

• A4 pocket — for orders, notices and full-size tables.
• A5 pocket — for short messages and reminders.
• A6 pocket — for captions, numbers and small inserts.
• A cork area over the whole board — notices and schedules are held with pins and changed without re-gluing.

You set the number of pockets and their layout on the graphic.

This board is used in shops, schools, shopping centres and all kinds of organisations — where you need a corner with a permanent header and changeable contents, and the shaped outline supports the corner's theme. It hangs on keyhole hangers.

• The series has 5 versions by PVC thickness: 2, 3, 4, 6 and 10 mm.
• You give the width and height when ordering; the outline is agreed from the artwork.
• The print method, lamination and cork area are chosen when ordering.
• Production time 3-7 days.
