About product

About product Aluminium Composite Door Sign Plate, 300x100mm

Door sign 300 mm wide and 100 mm high on a 3 mm aluminium composite panel (ACM) base. The ink goes straight onto the material and is cured by UV light, so the image does not peel and has no film layer.

Size	300 x 100 mm
Material	aluminium composite panel 3 mm
Print method	UV printing directly onto the material, full-colour printing on laminated-on film, coloured film appliqué
Choose a colour	Oracal 641 film, 60 colours · ACM colour range
Mounting	self-tapping screws or double-sided tape
Production time	3-7 days

What we print and how

UV ink goes straight onto the material and cures instantly under UV light: there is no film layer and colours are not limited to a palette.
The image is printed on film and laminated onto the base: full colour, photos and gradients print without restrictions.
Appliqué: the outline is plotter-cut from coloured film, with the colour chosen from Oracal 641 film, 60 colours.
Both raster and vector artwork will do — the difference between vector and raster.

How to choose the size

The size is chosen to fit the text, not the other way round: first decide how many lines you need and how long they are, then pick the format. Landscape formats suit a single line, portrait formats suit a job title and surname.

If the standard range does not fit, the sheet is cut to your size and priced per square metre.

How it is mounted

Double-sided tape
Decorative fixing element (4 pcs)
Decorative standoff fixing (4 pcs) — standoff fixing that holds the sign away from the wall
Self-tapping screws, wall plugs

Tape fails not because of the adhesive but because of poor contact: on textured plaster it only touches the peaks of the relief. Degrease the wall and give the adhesive a day to reach full strength; on rough surfaces use self-tapping screws.

These signs go on office and meeting room doors in offices, clinics, schools and salons — anywhere rooms need to be marked consistently across a whole floor.
