U-Shaped Acrylic Product Riser, H=80mm, L=60mm

Acrylic U-shaped product riser, H=80 mm, L=60 mm. The same one-piece bent bracket with a horizontal platform and two sides, but with a medium rise: the back row stands clearly above the front one, not just by a hair. This is the working height for a display case where products stand two or three rows deep.

What medium height changes

A low bracket separates rows; a tall one splits the display into tiers. A medium one does both: the back row is fully visible, but the display still reads as a single plane rather than as tiers.

Brackets of different heights placed side by side create a stepped arrangement from identical parts — whatever is raised higher is what the customer notices first.

Which dimensions to choose

• H — height, fixed for the series;
• L — platform length along the shelf, chosen as an option;
• B — step depth, a separate option to suit the depth of the product.

Choose the depth to suit the product, not the shelf: a box overhanging the platform cancels out the lift.

Open sides

The bracket has neither a back nor a front wall — just the platform and two sides. The product is visible from all sides, and the clear acrylic structure itself is barely noticeable: what stays in view in the display is the merchandise, not the stands beneath it.

Care

Glass cleaner leaves an irreversible network of micro-cracks on acrylic: ammonia eats into the surface, and polishing will no longer remove it. Warm water with a drop of mild detergent and a lint-free cloth is enough; wipe while damp — see acrylic product care.

The bracket is used in display cases, on counters and on shop shelves. It is bent from sheet acrylic along a heated line and the edges are polished: on a clear product the edge is visible right through, so a sawn cut would show immediately.
