U-Shaped Acrylic Product Riser, H=100mm, L=80mm

Acrylic U-shaped product riser, H=100 mm, L=80 mm. A one-piece bent bracket with a horizontal platform and two sides angled down. The rise here is noticeable: the bracket does not just separate rows but lifts the top product onto a separate level, leaving space underneath for another row.

A tall bracket works like a bridge

There is an open gap under the platform, and it does not stay empty: low products go underneath, and the ones you want to show off go on top. One part gives you two display levels on the same patch of shelf.

Brackets of different heights nest inside one another in storage, so a set of mixed heights does not take up warehouse space.

Which dimensions to choose

• H — height, fixed for the series and setting the clearance under the platform;
• L — length along the shelf, chosen by variant;
• B — step depth, a separate option.

Choose the depth to suit the product, not the shelf: anything overhanging the platform looks forgotten rather than displayed.

How it is made

The bracket is bent from a single sheet of acrylic with rounded bends. A clear bend shows the sheet was fully heated; a whitish line along the bend means it was bent underheated.

The edges are polished: on a clear product the edge is visible right through and acts as an optical facet, so a sawn cut shows up immediately.

Care

Ammonia in glass cleaner eats into acrylic, leaving a network of micro-cracks that cannot be removed. Use warm water, a mild detergent and a soft cloth; wipe while damp — see acrylic product care.

The bracket is designed for display cases, counters and shop shelves that are deep enough for two rows and tall enough for two levels.

Production time: 3-7 days.
