2-Step Product Riser, H=180mm, L=150mm

Product riser with 2 steps, H=180 mm, L=150 mm. A one-piece bent two-step structure with steps open at both front and back — there are no walls on either side. It is one step taller than the smaller series: the gap between rows becomes distinct, and the second row reads as a level in its own right.

Open steps

A solid front wall hides half of the lower row and adds an extra plane to the display. Here the steps are open on both sides: the whole pack is visible, and the clear acrylic structure is barely noticeable.

The same approach has a second benefit — you can see straight through the riser, so it does not darken whatever stands behind it deeper in the display case.

How to choose the size

• H — overall height, fixed for the series;
• L — length along the shelf, chosen as an option to suit the available width;
• B — step depth, a separate option to suit the depth of the product.

Thickness and span

The longer the riser, the greater the free span of each step between the sides and the more the sheet flexes under load. For heavy displays on a long version, take this into account in advance, not after the step has sagged.

Care

Ammonia in glass cleaner eats into acrylic and leaves a network of micro-cracks that polishing will not remove. A soft cloth, warm water and a drop of detergent are enough; wipe while damp, because dry wiping charges the surface with static and attracts dust. What else matters — acrylic product care.

The riser is used in display cases and on shop shelves where products are displayed in two rows and there is enough depth for a step. It is bent from sheet acrylic along a heated line, with no joints.
