3-Step Product Riser, H=270mm, L=150mm

Product riser with 3 steps, H=270 mm, L=150 mm. Three steps with upturned stop lips along the front edge; the side walls are solid and reach down to the supporting surface, and there is no back wall. The height is such that there is room to spare above each step: the riser is designed for tall packs, not small items.

Three rows of tall products

A three-step riser usually has less clearance than a two-step one: more levels means less space above each. Here the height is set so that there is room to spare above each step — three rows of bottles or tall boxes stand without touching the shelf above.

Solid sides

The side walls run right down to the supporting surface and serve as support rather than decoration: they carry the load of all three steps and stop the structure from warping under weight. The back is left open, so you can see straight through the riser and it does not darken the depth of the display case.

Dimensions

• H — overall height, fixed for the series;
• L — length along the shelf, chosen by variant;
• B — depth, a separate option to suit the depth of the product.

Care

Ammonia in glass cleaner eats into acrylic, leaving a network of micro-cracks that cannot be removed. Warm water, a little mild detergent and a lint-free cloth; do not rub dry — see acrylic product care.

The riser is used in display cases, on podiums and on shop shelves. It is bent from a single sheet of acrylic; the edges are polished because on a clear product the edge is visible right through, and a matt cut would show along the full height of the side.

Production time: 3-7 days.
