Framed Two-Layer Plastic Door Sign Plate, 300x100mm

Door sign 300 mm wide and 100 mm high on a 1.6 mm two-layer plastic base. The sheet sits in an aluminium profile, so the edge is protected from chipping and the sign looks like part of the interior finish rather than a sticker.

What we print and how

• UV ink goes straight onto the material and cures instantly under UV light: there is no film layer and colours are not limited to a palette.
• Appliqué: the outline is plotter-cut from coloured film, with the colour chosen from Oracal 641 film, 60 colours.
• Both raster and vector artwork will do — the difference between vector and raster.

How to choose the size

The size is chosen to fit the text, not the other way round: first decide how many lines you need and how long they are, then pick the format. Landscape formats suit a single line, portrait formats suit a job title and surname.

How it is mounted

Tape fails not because of the adhesive but because of poor contact: on textured plaster it only touches the peaks of the relief. Degrease the wall and give the adhesive a day to reach full strength; on rough surfaces use self-tapping screws.

These signs go on office and meeting room doors in offices, clinics, schools and salons — anywhere rooms need to be marked consistently across a whole floor. The profile colour is chosen when you order — aluminium frame.
