Flip Information Display System, 560x850mm

The 560x850 mm flip information system is made up of two flip blocks placed one above the other. Each sits on its own ring mechanism, and the pages fan out to both sides. The portrait format lets you keep two independent sets of documents in the space of one board.

Two blocks stacked vertically

The upper and lower blocks turn separately. The split is set during assembly: for example, what is read more often goes at the top, and what must be there but is rarely opened goes at the bottom. The order within each block is fixed by the rings.

A fan instead of a stack

The pages open to both sides of the mechanism. The open fan leaves the edges of neighbouring pages visible, so the right section is found at once without going through the whole stack.

Film and artwork

The design is made with ORACAL film appliqué: heading, stripes, coloured background. The colour comes from the film palette, and artwork for cutting must be vector — the outline is cut along the curves. The number of pockets is 10, 12 or 14, your choice, and the base is 4 or 6 mm thick.
