Cosmetics Display with 81 Cells 20x20mm

The 20x20 mm organiser is designed for thick bodies: the cells here are square, 20x20 mm. They take full-handle brushes, eyeshadow tubes and sponges on holders: everything that's too big for a narrow elongated cell.

The 20x20 mm square and why it holds

The diagonal of a square is longer than its side, so a round brush handle sits in such a cell at four points and doesn't wobble, while a faceted body fits face to face. Check the size against the thickest item in your display, as the cells can't be adjusted after production.

Eighty-one places

The grid covers the whole panel with no empty margins. In a salon it's a working tool: brushes stand in numbered order, each in its place, and the stylist takes the one needed without rummaging through a cup. In a display case, it shows an entire range in a single field of view.

Upright means bristles up

• The brush doesn't rest on its bristles and they don't get bent.
• The handle and its number marking are visible.
• Neighbouring items aren't disturbed when one is taken out.

Care

Clean with warm water, a mild detergent and a soft damp cloth; rinse through cells with water if needed. Cosmetic dust settles on flat surfaces and shows on clear acrylic. Ammonia-based glass cleaners cause irreversible clouding. Details in caring for acrylic products.
