The 20x20 mm stand takes thick bodies: the cell here is square, 20x20 mm. The sloped top panel is pierced with them throughout, a base shelf with a turned-up edge runs underneath, and the markers stand at an angle with their tips resting on it.

20x20 mm square cell
A square's diagonal is longer than its side, so a cylindrical body sits in it at four points without wobbling, while a faceted one goes in flat to flat. The format is designed for thick markers and calligraphy pens that are too big for a narrow elongated cell. Check the size against the widest marker you display.
U-shaped body
The top panel and the bottom shelf are joined by side walls into a single bracket. This shape keeps the distance between the levels without internal posts, and the space under the panel stays open: markers are visible from the side, not just from above. The bracket is also stiffer than a flat panel of the same thickness.
Fifty-two places
- The grid covers the whole panel, with no empty margins.
- The slope turns the caps towards the customer.
- The turned-up edge of the shelf stops the bodies sliding down.
Acrylic care
Wash with warm water and a mild detergent using a soft damp cloth. Through cells do not clog, but dust settles under the sloped panel, so check there when cleaning. Ammonia-based glass cleaners are not suitable for acrylic. More in acrylic care.
