U-Shaped Product Riser, H=60mm, L=100mm

U-shaped product riser, H=60 mm, L=100 mm. A one-piece bent acrylic bridge: a horizontal top and two side legs, open on all sides. The lift here is modest — this bridge raises the second row just enough for it to show behind the first, without blocking the view across the counter.

Why raise the back row

On a flat shelf, the front row hides everything behind it. Shoppers see the first line and assume that is the whole display. A step lifts the back row into the line of sight — the whole range is visible, not just its first third.

Three letters to choose by

• H — the height of the bridge, i.e. how far the back row is raised;
• L — the length of the top along the shelf, i.e. how many items it holds;
• B — the depth of the step, chosen as a separate option to suit the depth of the product itself.

Height is fixed for this series, length is chosen by variant and depth by option. Bridges of different heights placed side by side give you a multi-level display from identical pieces.

How it is made

The bridge is bent from a single sheet of acrylic along a heated line, with rounded bends. When heated through properly, the bend stays clear: a whitish streak along the bend line means the sheet was bent underheated and the polymer has cracked into microcracks at that point.

Care

Acrylic is softer than glass, and it is cleaning that damages it, not the products: glass cleaner with ammonia leaves a web of microcracks that cannot be polished out. Wash with warm water, a mild detergent and a soft cloth, and wipe damp — dry wiping charges the surface with static and attracts dust. More in caring for acrylic products.

The bridge works on a counter, in a countertop display case and on a shelf — anywhere products stand in rows and the back row would otherwise be hidden. Clear acrylic does not compete with the products: shoppers look at the display, not at what holds it.
