The 14x18 mm stand holds seventy markers on a sloped perforated deck: the body goes into a 14x18 mm cell from above and rests against the flanged front edge. The slope turns the caps towards the customer, so the colour of every marker is visible at once without taking it out.

A slope instead of a flat deck
On a flat panel only the ends of the caps are visible, and customers have to lean over the counter to tell the colours apart. A sloped deck turns the whole grid towards the eyes of a standing person: the customer reads the display from a normal distance and picks the right marker straight away.
14x18 mm cell
The cell is elongated rather than round: it takes both a cylindrical body and a flat faceted one that would not fit through a round hole of the same width. The format is designed for felt-tip pens and thin markers; for thicker bodies, the range includes a version with a larger square cell.
Front edge and support
- The front wall runs down and bends into a support shelf.
- The lower edge of the display is closed, so the row looks tidy.
- The support projects forward, so the sloped deck does not tip under weight.
Acrylic care
Through cells hardly trap dirt, but a sloped surface gathers dust faster than a vertical one. Wash with warm water and a mild detergent, and wipe with a soft damp cloth. Ammonia-based glass cleaners cause an irreversible network of microcracks on acrylic. More in acrylic care.
