The 255x100x70 mm stand holds fifteen pens upright in a single row: they pass through the upper strip and rest their tips in recesses in the lower tray. The display reads as a continuous strip rather than several separate cups placed side by side: there is nothing for the eye to catch on, and it takes in the whole row.

A recess at the bottom instead of a through hole
The lower level is not cut all the way through: under each upper slot there is a blind recess. The pen tip sits in it and does not slide, and the tray also catches anything that might leak or spill out. It is easier to clean than a grid with through holes.
A long row and stability
- The support runs along the whole length of the body rather than at the corners, so the stand does not rock.
- The side panels tie the levels together and keep the spacing between them.
- It is best placed along the edge of a shelf rather than across it: that way the weight is spread evenly.
How to keep it clear
Warm water, a mild detergent and a soft damp cloth. Glass cleaners containing ammonia do irreversible damage to acrylic: they leave a network of micro-cracks that clouds the surface and cannot be polished out. More on this — acrylic product care.
When a row beats a cup
A cup hides its contents: you only see what stands at the edge. A straight row shows every item separately, so customers choose with their eyes instead of rummaging through the display. For a product group where the colour or the marking on the barrel matters, this is decisive — otherwise half the range stays out of sight.
Fifteen slots cover a whole product group: a colour range of one model, a set of markers, branded pens for different events. The holes take a barrel up to 12 mm. How to build a coherent display from stands — how to design a shop display.
