In an upright slot, only the end of the item is visible. Here the pen is laid horizontally between two combs and turned side-on to the customer, so both its shape and the print on the body can be read. It is taken out upwards without disturbing its neighbours.

Height needs a level surface

The product is tall with a small base, so its centre of gravity is higher than that of a flat tray. The bent-out feet widen the footprint, but it is best to place the stand on a level, stable surface rather than on the edge of a shelf or a slippery mat.

Care that keeps it clear

• Warm water and a mild detergent.
• A soft cloth, always damp: a dry one charges the acrylic with static and collects dust.

Assembled without glue

The panels are joined at an angle to each other and are held by the shape of the joint rather than a glued seam, which would leave a visible line along the edge of a clear part. The stand is light for its height: it has no internal cavities, and all the mass is in thin surfaces.

This stand goes where customers approach the counter from different sides: an island display case, an exhibition table, a reception desk in the middle of the room. The clear acrylic body does not draw attention to itself.
