A stand for cutlery sets, overall size 150x85x75 mm. A bracket bent from a single sheet: a tall back wall, a horizontal base and an upturned front lip. Paired semicircular cut-outs run along the top edge of the wall and along the lip — these form the slots the cutlery rests in.

Why the cut-outs come in pairs
Each piece of cutlery is held at two points at once: by the rear cut-out in the wall and the front one in the lip. One point would let a knife or fork turn and lie flat; two hold the item across the stand and in line with its neighbours.
What it does for the display
- the cutlery lies at equal spacing and doesn't slide together;
- each item is visible in full, not just the handle;
- customers can take one piece without disturbing the whole display.
How it is made
The cut-outs are laser cut, and the item is bent along a heated line from a single sheet of acrylic. When fully heated, the bend stays clear: a whitish line along the bend means the sheet was bent before it was fully heated.
The edges are polished — on a clear item the edge can be seen right through, and along a long line of cut-outs a saw cut would show immediately.
Care
Glass cleaner leaves a network of micro-cracks on acrylic that can't be polished out. Clean with warm water, a mild detergent and a soft cloth, and always while damp. What else matters — caring for acrylic products.
The stand is designed for display cases and counters in tableware shops, cutlery departments and gift set sections.
