Display on a vertical surface

Counters and display cases fill up quickly, but the shop wall is almost always empty. The stand moves the phone there: the device ends up at the eye level of a passing customer rather than at waist level.

Insert pocket

• the lower tray holds a card with the price or model description;
• the insert sits in the same plane as the device and does not get lost;
• it can be changed without removing the phone from the wall.

Retaining tabs

The paired tabs at the sides of the back restrain the device on both sides. On a vertical display this matters more than on a table: the phone does not lie here but stands, and any sideways shift immediately becomes a fall.

Care

Glass cleaner leaves an irreversible network of micro-cracks on acrylic: the ammonia eats into the surface, and polishing will not remove it. A soft cloth, warm water and a drop of detergent are enough; wipe with a damp cloth. See caring for acrylic products.

The stand is designed for the shop floor of a mobile phone shop or accessories department, where products are displayed on panels along the aisle. It is bent from acrylic sheet, with polished edges.
