Acrylic Phone Stand, 50x80mm

Acrylic Phone Stand, 50x80mm. A single inclined panel on a flat horizontal base; there is no separate lip, as the bend at the base does that job. The design is as short as it gets: two parts and one bend line between them.

A bend instead of a lip

A separate lip catches the bottom edge of the phone, but also hides it. Here the edge rests right in the bend line: the phone is visible from the bottom edge up, and the customer sees the whole body, including the ports and speaker.

Two sizes in the series

• the narrow version is designed for compact models;
• the wide one takes large smartphones and phones in cases;
• stands of the same width are set side by side for an even display front.

Thickness to suit the phone's weight

All the load goes on the bend line, as there are no other ribs in the design. For heavy phones choose thicker sheet: thin sheet gradually straightens under the weight and the tilt is lost.

Care

Glass cleaner causes irreversible damage to acrylic: ammonia leaves a network of micro-cracks that cannot be polished out. Warm water with a drop of mild detergent and a lint-free cloth is enough; wipe while damp, as dry wiping charges the surface with static and attracts dust. More tips – acrylic product care.

The stand is designed for the counter and display case of a mobile phone shop or accessories department. It is bent from sheet acrylic: when fully heated the bend stays clear, and a whitish band on it means the sheet was underheated.

Production time: 3-7 days.
