Smartphone Stand, 60x70mm

Smartphone Stand, 60x70mm. A bent angle with not a single extra part: an inclined plane with a narrow horizontal lip along the bottom edge. No pocket, no side walls, no base, just two planes and the bend between them. It is set out in rows: a dozen identical stands hold a display of similar phones.

Choose the size to suit the phone

The series comes in a range of widths. Narrow ones suit compact models, wide ones large smartphones and phones in cases. The phone should rest on the lip along its whole bottom edge: a corner hanging over the edge cancels out the tilt.

What a no-frills angle gives you

• the slimmest silhouette: the display shows the phone, not the stand;
• nothing to work loose: the design is a single bend;
• the stands nest in a stack for storage and take up no warehouse space.

Thickness to suit the phone's weight

The angle has no base and no side ribs, so the bend takes all the weight. For heavy phones choose thicker sheet: a thin angle gradually straightens under load and the viewing angle drifts.

Care

Ammonia-based glass cleaner leaves a network of micro-cracks on acrylic that cannot be repaired. A soft cloth, warm water and a drop of detergent are all you need; wipe while wet: caring for acrylic products.

The stand is designed for the display case and counter of a mobile phone shop, electronics or accessories department, where phones stand side by side and the display needs to look uniform. It is bent from sheet acrylic.

Production time: 3-7 days.
