"Neck" Jewellery Display for 1 Pendant 150x165mm

This 150x165 mm stand is a bust for a single pendant: a shoulder and neck silhouette, slightly curved vertically. The curve adds volume, so the necklace lies along an arc rather than flat — roughly as it would on a person.

One piece on the stand

A display case where everything is laid out equally gives customers no hint where to start. A single-pendant bust takes one item out of the line-up and makes it the lead — a new arrival, a premium piece, the item of the season. The neighbouring stands carry on working as a regular display.

A curve instead of a flat surface

A flat silhouette holds the chain in one plane, and the centrepiece is pressed against the panel. The curved body pushes the middle of the necklace forward: the pendant hangs freely, turns to the light and shows the facets of the stone. The difference shows on any piece with a three-dimensional pendant.

Clear or black acrylic

• A clear bust all but disappears, leaving only the jewellery.
• Black provides a background against which bright metal stands out more.
• Pearls and matte silver look their best on a dark background.

Care

Clean with warm water, a mild detergent and a soft damp cloth. Ammonia-based glass cleaners are not suitable for acrylic — they leave a network of micro-cracks that clouds the surface permanently. Wiping dry leaves static that attracts dust. More in caring for acrylic products.
